Q: What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies? 
Please let us know if you have any food allergy or restriction when you purchase your tickets. As long as we know in advance, we can accommodate your needs.

Q: How much food is served on the food tour? 
With the combination of 6 tasting locations, there will be more than a complete lunch served

Q: Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
Yes. You have to make the reservation at least 12 hours before tour start time by paying 35% in advance with PayPal. And pay the rest when you arrive to the tour. For the last 65% you can pay it with cash or credit card (Visa, Master Card or American Express).

Q: If a tour is sold out, can I get on a waiting list? 
If a tour date or specific tour time is sold out, there is a good chance that we will add an additional tour on that day, so please contact us directly via email: info@wolabawalkingtours.com or phone (506) 8922-1086 so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Q: Can I get a refund on my tickets or reschedule my tour/cooking class after I purchase them? 
Tickets purchased for our tours are non-refundable. Under normal circumstances, tours and classes cannot be canceled or rescheduled. However, if we have to cancel a tour due to severe weather or any other reason, we will offer to reschedule your tour/class time or refund your ticket purchase.

Q: Do you cancel tours due to rain or bad weather? 
Our tours runs rain or shine. We provide ponchos and umbrellas in case of rain if you do not have your own. Tours will only be cancelled in the case of high winds or extreme torrential rains. 

Q: What do I need to bring on the tour? 
Bring your confirmation number to give to the tour guide at the beginning of the tour. We suggest that you wear comfortable, light clothing and walking shoes.  We recommend that you wear sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat and bug spray. For the jungle day experience we will contact you with packing suggestions.

Q: Do the tours end at the same place that they begin? 
All our tours, except the Food and Culture walking tour, starts and ends at the same point. However, we will be more than glad to walk you back to the starting point at the end of the Food and culture tour. 

Q: How much walking is involved? Is it a fast-paced tour? 
Our tours last approximately 3.5 - 4 hours and you can expect to be standing or walking for two thirds of the time. We cover 2km max and walk at a moderate pace. 

Q: How many people can attend a tour? 
The maximum number of people per tour guide is 12. If one tour is sold out there is a very good chance we will offer another that same day.  

Q: Are there discounted tickets for children? 
Yes, we offer a special price for children under 12.
